The three consultants are Ruth Owen, Peter Lewis and Tim Bradshaw all of whom have extensive global experience in their respective fields.
Ruth Owen has vast experience in leadership training and consultancy and has been a board director specialising in the career development, training and coaching of directors, as well as working as a board facilitator and helping directors to define their core corporate values, from which observable leadership behaviours can be established.
Peter Neville Lewis MIRM is a highly experienced Business Adviser, Coach and Mentor with over 30 years’ practical delivery at Managing Director level himself. He has lectured on Business Ethics at UCL, University of Surrey, Henley Business School and BPP Business School in the City of London as well as Leadership Effectiveness at the University of Buckingham Business School.
Tim Bradshaw is a skilled and resourceful trainer and facilitator with ten years experience in improving organisations’ ability to execute. Areas of expertise include leadership development, team dynamics, critical decision-making, problem solving, crisis management and negotiating skills. Tim has developed a breadth of experience across complex intelligence led operations both internationally and domestically.
Paul Taylor has 20 years experience as a corporate risk manager in large multinational companies developing and implementing strategies to improve corporate governance and risk management. He is currently using this experience as a Non-Exec Director and several independent roles in organisations together with helping companies develop their corporate governance and risk management.
John Burbidge-King is a corporate governance and integrity risk expert with significant cross cultural and senior international management experience at board, director and senior government levels. Interchange is a member of the BSI Associate Consultant Programme delivering anti-bribery training and implementation programmes.
